  • Description: Based on the 3Ps model of teaching and learning, this study investigates the relationship among instructor capability, learning motivation, and learning performance. A survey of 1,136 students of An Giang University was conducted. The findings show that instructor capability and learning motivation have positive effects on learning performance. In addition, instructor capability also has a directly positive effect on learning performance. Finally, the paper shows that instructional technologies strengthen the link between instructor capability and learning motivation.
