  • Description: The utility model discloses an air cushion chamber applied to a headbox assembly, which comprises an air cushion chamber body, a top cover is arranged at the top of the air cushion chamber body, wallboards are arranged on the periphery of the air cushion chamber body, overflow ports are arranged on the wallboards, and the lower portion of the air cushion chamber body is communicated with a mixingchamber through gaps. The air cushion chamber applied to the headbox assembly has the advantages of being even in pulp dispersion, free of flocculation, good in finished paper evenness and the like. 本实用新型公开了一种应用于流浆箱总的气垫室，包括气垫室本体，所述气垫室本体顶部设置有顶盖，所述气垫室本体四周结构为墙板，所述墙板上设置有溢流口，所述气垫室本体下部通过缝隙与混合室贯通。本实用新型该一种应用于流浆箱总的气垫室具有具有浆料分散均匀无絮聚，成纸匀度好等特点。
