Upon consulting the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Thailand), it seems reasonable to conclude that the present written work is no longer under copyright protection. Part 4, Section 19 of the Act states: “Copyright by virtue of this act subsists for the life of the author and continues to subsist for fifty years after the death of the author.” In the event that the present work is still under copyright protection, part 6, sections 32 and 34 state: “any act against the copyright work... shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright if the act [of reproduction] is not for profit.”

Includes four photographs: one of the crematee, two of the crematee with her husband, and one of the entire family, taken on the occasion of the crematee’s 60th birthday. The volume also includes a six page biographical sketch, and a brief explanatory note on the use of rāchāsap, i.e. official court language.
