  • Description: A 53-year old man presented with a malignant meningioma which was incompletely removed. The tumour subsequently metastasized through the cerebrospinal pathways causing clinical signs through invasion of the cranial nerve roots. Microscopically, the metastatic deposits displayed a papillary pattern and increased anaplastic cytological features.
