  • Description: Of value, too, is knowing and understanding the fear that is associated with and inspires the behavior of each personality style. Because I know, as an “I,” that my dominant fear is rejection, I now recognize when that fear starts to become an obstacle. The graphs that result provide keys to which personality style we are using and the feedback report that describes assessment results provides recommendations for how to communicate with other personality styles. Effective communication is key to building relationships and driving results whether collaborating with end users to prepare a scope of work and specifications or developing a strategic plan for your entity.
