  • Description: This study takes the design of application interface of health protection for the elderly as the . Research Literature on Kano model theory and interactive interface design in the course Firstly, the interface design method of Kano is studied. Secondly, this topic determines the scope of user research, and conducts User Research on the through user research methods such as field observation, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. In the process of user survey, collect users' needs and problems, and summarize the learning and use characteristics of target users. Combined with the results of user research and market product analysis, the user requirements are transformed into product functional requirements, and the functional requirements of health protection products are summarized. Prepare Kano questionnaire according to the product function, issue Kano questionnaire, analyze and process the questionnaire data, classify the items required by the product function, and rank the importance. Combined with the research results of Kano model and the evaluation level of interactive interface, this paper puts forward appropriate design strategiesthree aspects: usability, user feeling and appearance performance.
