Description: To date, China has paid very little attention to giving a full or detailed presentation of its aid or development cooperation in education or training with Africa, or, indeed, in any other areas.¹ It does not produce glossy accounts of its education development projects, such as those of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA, South Korea), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA, Japan) and the Department for International Development (DFID, UK), at the global, regional or the country level.² Nor does it produce regular sector policy statements about education.
