In spite of progress of the manual practice utilization to the detriment of the automatic practice utilization, today we live in the society of information by which technologies of information and the communication play a crucial role and incontournable in a globalized professional world. To arrive there, it suits that the mutation of the new technologies of information and the communication (NTIC) will have an effect of practice on the organizational sectors while improving so their easiness of automatic access of information in an enterprise. The data processing took to the sense of the automatic and rational treatment of the information addition in informational moroseness period, from where the enterprise is constantly in search of solutions perennial, Security and lasting. The computer core often central the working of the enterprise remains the discounted result. Facing the manual challenges that know enterprises; an efficient information system to remain to consider for the management of her information, outrage to construct a lasting data processing and to make the choice of tools that goes from now on permits to their to offer a guarantee of a data processing structured in order to resist all inclemencies.
