Description:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing a pulp fiber for carboxylated cellulose nanofibrillation use, whereby it is possible to form a carboxylated cellulose nanofiber having an excellent balance between handling properties and physical properties. A method for producing a pulp fiber for carboxylated cellulose nanofibrillation use, characterized by comprising a fiber formation step in which an ozone-containing gas is fed to a treatment solution having a wood pulp fiber immersed therein and having a pH value of 6.5 or less in such a manner that a CT value, which is a product of the concentration of ozone in the ozone-containing gas and the time for the treatment, can become more than 6,000 ppm・min to form the pulp fiber for carboxylated cellulose nanofibrillation use from the wood pulp fiber. L'invention a pour objet de fournir un procédé de fabrication de fibres de pâte à papier pour transformation en nanofibres de cellulose carboxylée qui permet de former des nanofibres de cellulose carboxylée excellentes en termes d'équilibre entre propriétés de manipulation et propriétés physiques. Le procédé de fabrication de fibres de pâte à papier pour transformation en nanofibres de cellulose carboxylée de l'invention est caractéristique en ce qu'il inclut une étape de formation de fibres au cours de laquelle un liquide de traitement qui présente un pH inférieur ou égal à 6,5 et dans lequel sont immergées des fibres de pâte à papier de bois, est alimenté en gaz comprenant un ozone, de sorte qu'une valeur CT qui est le produit de la concentration en ozone contenu dans ledit gaz comprenant un ozone et la durée du traitement, dépasse 6000ppm.minute, et des fibres de pâte à papier pour transformation en nanofibres de cellulose carboxylée sont ainsi formées à partir desdites fibres de pâte à papier de bois. 本開示は、取扱い性と、物性とのバランスに優れるカルボキシル化セルロースナノファイバーを形成可能な、カルボキシル化セルロースナノファイバー化用パルプ繊維を製造する方法を提供することを目的とする。 カルボキシル化セルロースナノファイバー化用パルプ繊維を製造する方法であって、木材パルプ繊維を浸漬している、6.5以下のpHを有する処理液に、オゾン含有ガスを、上記オゾン含有ガス中のオゾン濃度及び処理時間の積であるCT値が6,000ppm・分超となるように供給して、上記木材パルプ繊維からカルボキシル化セルロースナノファイバー化用パルプ繊維を形成する繊維形成ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
