Description:
The process of making elastic materials to prevent mixing of electromagnetic waves and the products of the process themselves are included in the patent application as a material that can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference, but also find application in increasing masking protection from radar systems intended for observation and identification of objects on the ground. The described procedure for the production of elastic materials is an economically and environmentally acceptable procedure for the production of electrically conductive textiles that can be used to solve the aforementioned problem. By modifying carbon fabrics using the described method, the characteristics of the fabric are improved and the final product meets the necessary legal requirements for application in preventing the interference of electromagnetic waves. The average effectiveness of preventing interference of electromagnetic waves using carbon fabric modified with five one-sided deposits of electroconductive complex in the range from 1 GHz to 3 GHz is 49.49 dB, while in the higher frequency range (from 5 GHz to 12 GHz) the efficiency is 51.07 dB. The obtained test results indicate that this fabric can be used to increase the camouflage of military equipment. Postupak izrade elastičtnih materijala za sprečavanje mešanja elektromagnetnih talasa i sami proizvodi postupka su obuhvaćegti patentnom prijavom kao materijal koji može efikastno umanjiti elektromagnetne smetnje, ali i naći primenu u povećanju maskirne zaštite od radarskih sistema namenjenih za osmatranje i identifikaciju objekata na zemljištu. Opisani postupak izrade elastičnih materijala predstavlja ekonomski i ekološki prihvatljiv postupak za izradu elektroprovodnih tekstila koji mogu imati primenu u rešavanju navedenog problema. Modifikacijom karbonskih tkanina opisanom metodom, poboljšavaju se karakteristike tkanine a krajnji proizvod ispunjava neophodne zakonske uslove za primenu u sprečavanju mešanja elektromagnetnih talasa. Prosečna efikasnost sprečavanja mešanja elektromagnetnih talasa upotrebom karbonske tkanine modifikovane sa pet jednostranih nanosa elektroprovodljivog kompleksa u opsegu od 1 GHz do 3 GHz jeste 49,49 dB, dok u višem frekventnom opsegu (od 5 GHz do 12 GHz) efikasnost iznosi 51,07 dB. Dobijeni rezultati ispitivanja ukazuju da se ova tkanina može koristiti za povećanje maskirnosti sredstava ratne tehnike.
