  • Description: PURPOSE: Functional packing material of rice on distribution is characterized by mixing mulberry pulp and porous yellow soil, having air permeability, thermo-keeping property, cushion property, antibacterial property and deodorization, radiating far infrared ray, maintaining freshness, preventing deterioration of quality and loss of nutritional elements induced by transmutation, putrefaction and a harmful insect and being environmentally friendly. CONSTITUTION: Functional packing material is obtained by the steps of: beating mulberry paper to manufacture mulberry pulp; mixing the mulberry pulp with wood pulp in a ratio of 2 : 1 to manufacture a mulberry pulp paper material solution; mixing 10wt.% of jade powder having 320mesh, 10wt.% of biotite powder, 10wt.% of quartz porphyry powder and 60wt.% of yellow soil powder with the 10wt.% of the mulberry pulp paper material solution to manufacture mixed paper material; putting the mixed paper material into a compounding device; mixing 30wt.% of the mixed paper material with water; putting 15wt.% of pine resin based on total paper material; and then forming paper, followed by drying the paper.
