Description:
The present invention relates to a primer set and an SNP marker for identification of species based on complete sequencing of chloroplast genome sequences of seven species of Panax sp., and uses thereof. The present invention enables highly reliable verification of Panax species and enables identification thereof at a lower cost and higher efficiency than conventional methods. It is also possible to maintain purity of Panax species, protect varieties, and solve conflicts related to seeds. 본 발명은 인삼 속 7종의 엽록체 게놈 서열의 완전 해독 기반 종간 구별 SNP 마커와 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명을 통해 인삼 종의 매우 안정적인 검증이 가능하며, 기존의 방법들보다 저비용, 고효율로 인삼 종을 식별할 수 있다. 또한, 인삼 종의 순도 유지나 품종 보호, 그리고 종자 분쟁의 해결 등에도 이용될 수 있다.
