  • Description: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that is excellent in flexibility and absorption rate, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: a top sheet; a back sheet facing the top sheet; and an absorber which is arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, and includes a wood pulp fiber and a highly absorbent resin. The absorber defines a top surface provided with compression grooves and a bottom surface facing the top surface. The compression groove is provided in such a manner that the distance between the bottom surface and the lowest part of the compression groove is equal to 1 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and the finish width viewed from the top surface is equal to 1 mm or more and 3 mm or less. 【課題】 本発明は、柔軟性および吸収速度に優れた吸収性物品およびその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明の吸収性物品は、トップシートと、上記トップシートに対向するバックシートと、上記トップシートと上記バックシートとの間に配置され、木材パルプ繊維と高吸収性樹脂とを含む吸収体と、を備えた吸収性物品であって、上記吸収体は、圧搾溝が設けられた上面と、上記上面に対向する底面と、を規定し、上記圧搾溝は、上記底面と上記圧搾溝の最下部との距離が１ｍｍ以上であって２ｍｍ以下、かつ、上記上面から見た仕上げ幅が１ｍｍ以上であって３ｍｍ以下となるように設けられたものであることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
