  • Description: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overflow call callback method for enhancing a service by registering a telephone number of a caller making an overflow call being a busy call so as to call back the caller. SOLUTION: When a caller telephone set 1 makes a phone call to a called party telephone set 9 of a telemarketing enterprise and the called party telephone set 9 is busy, the call from the caller telephone set 1 is transferred to an internal server 5, a message of 'this is XXX speaking. If you needs a callback, please dial 1' is transmitted to the caller telephone set 1, when the caller telephone set 1 desires the callback, the telephone number indicating a caller ID of the caller telephone set 1 is notified and registered to an operator PC 7, when the called party telephone set 9 becomes idle, the called party telephone set 9 makes a call to the caller telephone set 1 to call the caller telephone set 1, and the called party telephone set 9 is connected to the caller telephone set 1.
