  • Description: The utility model relates to a zero-emission energy-saving papermaking system, and belongs to the technical field of papermaking. The papermaking system comprises a water supply tank, a pulper, a paper molding machine, a steam boiler, a paper drier and a paper winder, wherein a smoke water cooler and a smoke dust remover are further arranged on the steam boiler; a flocculating sedimentation tank and a biological treatment secondary sedimentation tank are arranged at the rear part of the paper molding machine to be adopted as white water treatment devices; the treated white water is utilized for coarse paper production. The papermaking system is the modified papermaking technology aiming at energy saving and zero emission; the smoke water cooler is adopted for preheating water for the steam boiler by utilizing smoke waste heat, and energy can be saved for 10-20%; the cooled smoke is purified by the dust remover to reduce emission of air particles; the white water in papermaking is flocculated, deposited and purified by the sedimentation tank for reutilization, sediments are used for coarse paper production after being biologically purified by the secondary sedimentation tank, and biological sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is high-efficient fertilizer raw materials; the aims of the zero emission of waste gas and waste water in pulp papermaking are basically realized, raw materials and energy are saved, and attached economic effects are generated.
