Description: The invention relates to the technical field of polymer micelles, in particular to a star-shaped polymer cross-linked micelle with pH and reduction dual response and a preparation method of the star-shaped polymer cross-linked micelle. The pH and reduction dual-response star-shaped polymer cross-linked micelle takes pentaerythritol as a core, and other block structures comprise methoxypolyethylene glycol, a dynamic imine bond, gamma-amino-epsilon-caprolactone, epsilon-caprolactone and a disulfide bond. After the anti-cancer drug adriamycin is loaded, the cross-linked micelle can stably exist under the neutral condition of normal tissues of a human body, and slowly and controllably releases the drug under the subacid and high glutathione environment of tumor cells.
