Description:
The invention relates to a signal conversion receptor based on a CXC chemokine receptor, and particularly provides a separated fusion protein which comprises a CXC chemokine receptor region and an intracellular region, the CXC chemokine receptor region is a CXC chemokine receptor or a fragment or a mutant thereof, and the intracellular region is a CXC chemokine receptor or a fragment or a mutant thereof. The intracellular region comprises an intracellular structural domain of a co-stimulatory signal molecule or a functional fragment or mutant of the intracellular structural domain.
