Description:
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction and separation, in particular to a pair of epimers extracted, separated and identified from black ginseng and an extraction and separation method thereof. The compounds are a pair of epimers, the molecular formula is C36H60O9, and the compounds are respectively named as 22 (R)-panax notoginseng glycoside Ab1 and panax notoginseng glycoside Ab1. The invention also provides an extraction and separation method of the two compounds. The two compounds are prepared by adopting ethanol reflux extraction, macroporous adsorption resin purification, silica gel column chromatography, ODS medium-pressure column and liquid phase separation in sequence. According to the structure, a compound 1 is determined to be a new compound and a compound 2 is determined to be an epimer by adopting mass spectrum, hydrogen spectrum, carbon spectrum, two-dimensional nuclear magnetic spectrum and ECD analysis methods.
