本发明属于制浆造纸技术领域,公开了一种耐酸性耐揭裱用手工竹纸的制备方法及应用,采用备料、浆料预处理、磨浆、捞纸、压榨、烘墙干燥的多个工艺步骤。本发明通过在采用原位制备微纳米钙或者直接加填微纳米钙的方法,实现了微纳米钙盐填充于竹浆纤维细胞腔或者纤维表面,并通过手工抄造,发明了一种耐酸性耐揭裱用手工竹纸制备方法,在保证强度和润墨性的同时,显著提高了竹纸的耐酸性和耐揭裱性,应用前景广阔。本发明提供的备料、浆料预处理、碓石磨浆、压榨、捞纸、干燥等过程,适度保留微纳米钙盐在竹浆纤维中和纤维表面的填充或者吸附,赋予成纸良好的耐酸性和耐揭裱性,技术、产品的应用前景广阔。
