  • Description: The invention belongs to the technical field of carton production and particularly relates to an edge cracking preventing method for cutting a paperboard. The method comprises the following steps thatS1, a glass fiber adhesive tape is cut until the width ranges from 10 mm to 15 mm; S2, the glass fiber adhesive tape cut in S1 adheres to a to-be-cut position of the paperboard; and S3, the paperboard in S2 is placed in a cutting machine to be cut. According to the method, the glass fiber adhesive tape with certain tear resisting capacity adheres to the to-be-cut position of the paperboard, the connecting strength of the to-be-cut position can be enhanced during cutting, the to-be-cut position of the carton is prevented from cracking, and therefore the rejection rate of the paperboard is reduced. 本发明属于纸箱生产技术领域，具体的说是种纸板裁切防爆边方法，该方法包括以下步骤：S1，将玻璃纤维胶粘带裁切成宽度为10至15毫米；S2，将S1中裁切好的玻璃纤维胶粘带粘附在纸板的待切割部位；S3，将S2中的纸板放入裁切机中进行裁切。本方法通过采用具有定抗撕裂能力的玻璃纤维胶粘带粘附在纸板的待切割部位，在切割时可加强待切割部位的连接强度，避免纸箱待切割处的爆裂，从而降低纸板的废品率。
