Description:
The invention discloses a hybrid pulping and papermaking technology using bagasse, bamboo chips and eucalypt chips as raw materials. The hybrid pulping and papermaking technology comprises the following steps: preparing the bagasse with the water content of 65% to 75% and the bamboo chips and the eucalypt chips with the lengths of 20-30 mm and the widths of 15-30 mm; cooking the mixed bamboo chips and eucalypt chips, and detecting the qualified rate of cooking mixed slurry of bamboo and eucalypt; independently cooking the bagasse, and detecting the qualified rate of cooking slurry of the bagasse; mixing the mixed slurry of bamboo and eucalypt and the slurry of the bagasse; and carrying out washing, screening, degritting, material grinding, slurry diluting and papermaking processing steps on the mixed slurry of bamboo and eucalypt and the slurry of the bagasse to manufacture paper for daily use with the paper basis weight of 14+/-0.5 g/m .
