  • Description: Microbiological contamination of beer is manifested in many cases by the production of CO2 and an increase in its concentration. An increase in the concentration of CO2 in a closed package leads to an increase in internal pressure, which can cause the destruction of the package with dangerous consequences. This case study aimed to verify the applicability of force-displacement measurement for non-destructive monitoring of the internal pressure in beer cans.
