  • Description: The article deals with the issue of sustainability and diversity of understanding of this term in the sectors of the Slovak Republic. The main data sources of this study are annual reports and internal documents of selected enterprises. The main aim of this article was to analyze secondary data, which consisted of annual company reports, publicly accessible documents and information, to find out the progress of sustainable development in individual selected enterprises in the Slovak Republic. Predstaviteľmi analýzy sekundárneho sektora Slovenskej republiky sú vybrané výrobné podniky: * Mondi SCP, a.s. * SAMSUNG Electronics Slovakia, s.r.o. * SLOVNAFT, a.s. * U. S. Steel Košice, s. r. o. * RIEKER OBUV, s.r.o. * RAJO, a.s. * BIO OIL Development s.r.o. & co., k.s. * Schaeffler Kysuce, spol. s r.o. * Essity Slovakia, s.r.o. Podnik Mondi SCP sa vo svojej činnosti komplexne zameriava na celý rad ukazovateľov smerujúcich k udržateľnosti.
