  • Description: The invention provides a papermaking technology of one-sided blue engineering paper. The technology comprises the steps of pulping, mixing and copying, preparation of a surface glue solution, gluing, first rewinding, paint preparation and second rewinding. The paint is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2% of a color toner, 1.5% of latex, 0.1% of CMC and 0.08% of isothiazolinone, wherein the solid content of the paint is 2-3%, the viscosity of the paint is 3-5MPa.s and the pH value of the paint is 8.2-8.4. The one-sided blue engineering paper prepared by the technology is high in ink absorption rate, ink is not diffused after being printed, and the printed paper is flat, smooth and high in uniformity. 本发明提供种单面蓝色工程纸的造纸工艺，包括制浆、混合抄浆、制备表面胶液、施胶、第次复卷、涂料制备、涂布、第二次复卷步骤。所述的涂料制备：涂料的固含量为2-3%；涂料粘度为3-5mpa.s；涂料pH值为8.2-8.4。所述的涂料：包括以下质量百分含量的组分：调色剂0.2%、胶乳1.5%、CMC 0.1%、异噻唑啉酮0.08%。本发明工艺制备的单面蓝色工程纸，油墨吸收率高，打印后油墨不扩散，打印后纸面平整、光滑，均匀度高。
