Description:
The invention relates to a papermaking technology, in particular to a papermaking technology of liquid crystal glass dust-free protecting paper with high anti-static property. The papermaking technology comprises the following steps of conveying of a fluff pulp plate, spraying of an anti-static agent, crushing of the pulp plate, dispersing by a fiber disperser, mixing of carbon fibers, forming by air flow, pre-heating pressing, spraying of glue to the upper part, drying, spraying of glue to the lower part, drying, curing, finishing, calendaring, coiling, recoiling, splitting and cutting, and packaging, wherein a small amount of carbon fibers are mixed in the fiber dispersing process. The papermaking technology of the anti-static dust-free paper containing the carbon fibers has the advantages that the preparation technology is simple, the cost is reduced, the anti-static property of the paper is high, the paper forming is uniform, and the falling of fluff and powder is avoided.
