  • Description: Research of local organizations revealed that strategies of the local enterprises rely on a complex of local traditions when forming their strategies. They build relations with all organizations ranging from small municipalities to multi-national companies. On the other hand their organizational culture and leadership style go back to peasant and cooperative traditions. If we choose not to assess them with the traditional Western methods we will se that they mostly rely on their own wealth and most of their resources come from their leadership culture, expertise and connections. This culture takes advantage of its traditions and it is very closed but it is also capable to open up and create special local enterprises and provide employment for local people. SETTING: Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, in the north-eastern sub-regions, four districts on both sides of the river Tisza. The typically high has in the region of small villages, and the unemployment rate. Increase in migration in recent years, which has led to large-scale migration of young and poorly educated Roma migrations.
