  • Description: A smart lower body exercise apparatus and a system comprising same are disclosed. The smart lower body exercise apparatus can comprise: a pedal part capable of sliding and rotating on a horizontal surface and having the angle changed with respect to the horizontal surface in real time when sliding or rotating; a coupling part disposed on the bottom surface of the pedal part and comprising an inner space in which a part of a movement ball is stored; and the movement ball formed in a spherical shape having a predetermined diameter, and insert-coupled to the coupling part. Un appareil d'exercice intelligent pour partie inférieure de corps et un système comprenant ledit appareil d'exercice intelligent sont divulgués. L'appareil d'exercice intelligent pour partie inférieure de corps peut comprendre : une partie pédale pouvant coulisser et tourner sur une surface horizontale et dont l'angle change par rapport à la surface horizontale en temps réel lors du coulissement ou de la rotation ; une partie d'accouplement disposée sur la surface inférieure de la partie pédale et comprenant un espace interne dans lequel une partie d'une bille de roulement est stockée ; et la bille de roulement formée sous une forme sphérique ayant un diamètre prédéfini et étant accouplée par insertion à la partie d'accouplement. 스마트 하체운동기 및 이를 포함하는 시스템이 개시된다. 이에 의한 스마트 하체운동기는, 수평면상에서 슬라이딩 및 회전 이동 가능하고, 슬라이딩 및 회전 이동 시 상기 수평면과 이루는 각도가 실시간으로 변화 가능한 페달부; 와, 상기 페달부의 하면에 배치되고, 이동볼의 일부가 수납되는 내부 공간을 포함하는 체결부; 및, 소정 지름을 가지는 구 형태로 구성되고, 상기 체결부와 끼움 결합되는 이동볼; 을 포함할 수 있다.
