U445.4; 大跨度简支拱桥作为城市桥梁的一种,由于其跨度大、稳定性及施工连续性要求高等原因,使得现场安装施工具有一定的难度.针对以上问题,分别从2个方面进行分析.第一,根据设计、运输和安装吊机承载力等的要求,对拱肋进行合理的分段,其中预埋段为4段,中间段为16段,合拢段为2段,合计22段;第二,通过技术分析采用阶梯式临时支撑结构来辅助拱桥的安装,并对各个工序进行施工模拟分析,确保桥梁结构与临时支撑的安全性.在以上分段的基础上,经数值模拟发现,在拱肋安装阶段,最大组合应力σ=142.5 MPa≤[σ]=215 MPa,最大变形值为1.635 mm,满足要求;在拱肋灌注内压混凝土阶段,最大组合应力σ=186.1 MPa≤[σ]=215 MPa,最大变形值为4.64 mm,满足要求;支架的抗倾覆稳定性系数为1.79≥1.5,满足要求.
