  • Description: 木材パルプ化プロセスは、弱黒液を生成させること及びその液を冷却させること、並びに弱黒液をスプレー膜蒸発器に通して送ることによって弱黒液から熱を回収することを含む。供給物又は凝縮液がスプレー膜蒸発器に送り込まれ、供給物又は凝縮液はチューブの束の外側表面上にスプレーされる。この結果、供給物又は凝縮液は蒸発し、パルプ工場における他のプロセス用熱源として利用できる蒸気を生成させることになる。【選択図】図１ A wood pulping process includes producing weak black liquor and cooling the liquor as well as recovering heat therefrom by directing the weak black liquor through a spray film evaporator. A feed or condensate is directed into the spray film evaporator and the feed or condensate is sprayed onto the outer surfaces of a bundle of tubes. This results in the feed or the condensate being vaporized and producing a vapor that can be utilized as a heat source for other processes in a pulp mill.
