Description: Traumatic Pseudoaneurysm of Superficial temporal artery (STA) is an uncommon entity. Surgical management is the treatment of choice, and endovascular management is also equally feasible particularly for the proximal STA aneurysm. The manual compression for the treatment of STA aneurysm is also described, but it has a high chance of failure. We report a case of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of STA in a pregnant female, successfully treated with a modified manual compression technique.
