Description: The invention discloses a pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment technology, and belongs to the field of the wastewater treatment. The technology comprises the following steps: (1) enabling wastewater to enter a regulating tank for regulating; (2) lifting the wastewater to a fiber recovering machine for recovering fibers by using a lifting pump; (3) enabling the wastewater processed by the fiber recovering machine to enter a primary sedimentation tank, and performing sedimentation on particulate matters in the wastewater; (4) enabling the wastewater after the sedimentation of the primarysedimentation tank to enter a hydrolytic acidification tank, and intercepting suspended matters in the wastewater; (5) enabling the wastewater after the treatment of the hydrolytic acidification tankto enter an aeration tank; (6) enabling the wastewater processed by the aeration tank to enter a secondary sedimentation tank for processing; (7) enabling the wastewater after the treatment of the secondary sedimentation tank
