  • Description: The Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program (IRLNEP) and IDEAS Inc. of Orlando, FL will share their implementation of a professional brand and process to design experiences. The development of an integrative brand charter is a process that creates a sound foundation for identifying, aligning and communicating a program's values, vision, mission, and messaging. The presenters will describe the repositioning of the IRLNEP after its reorganization in 2015 and move to a new host agency, the IRL Council, an independent Special District of Florida. Visual examples will showcase how the IRLNEP brand is being activated to communicate the new program Mission: "One Lagoon - One Community - One Voice".
