Description: 英语成为一种国际通用语（ELF），出现了不同于英语作为本族语或外语的语用特征，交际主体的他者化与语境因素的多元化融合更加突出。因此ELF交际中出现了具有交叉文化语用特征的语言语用与社交语用表现。这是ELF语境中的语用能力问题，为不同语境下英语语用能力思想的重构带来了新课题，对我国英语教学与学习的语用能力研究有重要启示作用。
