  • Description: The history is presented of a 21-year-old woman with an osteoclastoma (giant cell tumour) which was treated with total local excision and an elbow prosthesis. A 5-year follow-up report, the problems of treatment and the different grades of malignancy, are discussed briefly, and the value of histological grading is shown.
