  • Description: The regional program of capital repair of the common property in multi-apartment buildings located on the territory of the Irkutsk region is analyzed in this paper. The drawbacks of the program are described. Particular attention has been paid to the identification of dependence of the residential buildings characteristics and the cost of capital repairs. Proposals have been made to improve the mechanism for financing capital repair of the common property in the apartment buildings.
