本发明属于造纸技术与新型材料领域,涉及一种生物酶处理的生物机械制备方法,利用农作物小麦的秸秆作为原料,先采用生物酶处理浸泡,调节pH至酶的最适pH,待麦草秸秆中溶出一部分木质素、半纤维素、胶质等物质后,进行对辊挤压,使秸秆达到分丝的状态,再次添加生物酶处理使秸秆进一步软化,对软化后的秸秆进行磨浆、筛浆等处理,从而达到生产的要求。 The invention belongs to the field of papermaking technology and novel materials, and relates to a bio-mechanical preparation method for bio-enzyme treatment, which comprises the following steps: by taking crop wheat straws as raw materials, treating and soaking by using bio-enzyme, adjusting the pH value to the optimum pH value of the bio-enzyme, and after a part of lignin, hemicelluloses, colloid and other substances are dissolved out from the wheat straws, carrying out double-roller extrusion to obtain the bio-enzyme-treated wheat straws. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a biological enzyme into the straw to enable the straw to reach a filament separating state, further softening the straw by adding the biological enzyme, and grinding, screening and the like the softened straw, so that the production requirement is met.
