  • Description: PURPOSE: A method for changing an automatic response message of a mobile terminal is provided to enhance users' convenience in using a mobile terminal in a foreign country by changing an automatic response message to a language of a country where a user is staying. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits position information, namely, an MCC(Mobile Country Code), of a user to a mobile terminal(S200). The MCC is received by the mobile terminal(S201). It is checked whether an automatic response function has been set in the mobile terminal(S202). If the automatic response function has been set, the MCC is searched from an automatic response message list(S203). It is checked whether the same MCC is included in the automatic response message list(S204). If there is the same MCC, the MCC is changed to a corresponding automatic response message(S205).
