  • Description: The utility model belongs to the technical field of cellulose processing equipment, and particularly relates to an all-wood pulp fiber pretreatment device which comprises a smashing cylinder and a feeding component communicated with the smashing cylinder. The feeding component comprises a spiral feeding structure, a tightening pipe located at the front end of the spiral feeding structure and a pre-cutting structure arranged at an outlet of the tightening pipe, and a smashing structure is arranged in the smashing cylinder. According to the utility model, the feeding part is improved, the pre-cutting structure is arranged at the material outlet to pre-cut and refine materials entering the crushing part, and the spiral feeding is combined with the tightening pipe structure, so that the cutting effect is improved. 本实用新型属于纤维素加工设备技术领域，具体说是一种全木浆纤维前处理装置，包括粉碎筒和与所述粉碎筒相连通的进料部件，所述进料部件包括螺旋进料结构和位于所述螺旋进料结构前端的收紧管以及设置于所述收紧管出口处的预切割结构，所述粉碎筒内设置有粉碎结构。本实用新型通过对进料部件进行改进，在物料出口处设置预切割结构对进入粉碎部件的物料进行预先切割细化，以螺旋进料结合收紧管的结构，提高切割效果。
