Description: The invention provides a mosquito-repellent mulberry paper formula, a production process and application. The white mulberry root-bark plant dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of white mulberry root-bark and 30-40 parts of plant dye. The vegetable dye is any one or two or more of lotus seed shells, sappan wood, wormwood and black bean coats. The mulberry bark paper is prepared by taking the mulberry bark as a raw material, the obtained mulberry bark paper is flexible, high in tensile force, free of color fading and high in water absorption capacity, and the mulberry bark paper has a mosquito repelling effect due to a pure fiber structure and special fragrance. Vegetable dye is selected to dye the mulberry bark, the color shown by the dyed mulberry bark paper is obtained by dyeing mulberry bark, and the mulberry bark paper is more environmentally friendly and classical.
