Description: The invention provides manual papermaking technology and equipment. The manual papermaking technology comprises six steps including material preparation, pulping, paper pulp dilution, operation pool preparation, manual paper making, and airing. In the step of manual paper making, a cylindrical paper forming sieve tank composed of a paper sieve and a paper sieve pressing pulp stirring framework isformed above the paper sieve, a certain amount of paper pulp at a certain concentration is introduced into the cylindrical paper forming sieve tank for stirring, so that fiber filament uniform dispersed suspension is realized, the paper sieve is lifted, and dehydration is carried out to realize paper forming.
