  • Description: The utility model relates to the black liquor extracting equipment in paper making technology. The utility model solves the problems that the existing equipment has single function, long process, and low efficiency. A mesh type paper-making black liquor extracting machine can make the diffusion and displacement washing function, the squeezing function, the multi-segment counter-flow washing function, the closed heating function, etc. integrated, so that one machine can realize the high ideal targets of high extracting rate of the black liquor, high concentration, and high temperature. The filter mesh in the machine among a plurality of zigzag rollers can form a plurality of washing segments; the pulp can run from the lower segment to the upper segment in sequence under the clamping and holding of an upper filter mesh and a lower filter mesh, so that the washing liquor can also run from the upper segment to the lower segment in sequence; a plurality of groups of pressing rollers in each segment can carry out the repeat extruding operation for the pulp; the whole machine is closed and is provided with a heating system. The utility model is used for the papermaking sewage treatment.
