  • Description: The invention discloses a low-longitudinal-transverse-strength-ratio wood pulp composite material forming process, and belongs to the technical field of wood pulp composite material forming, and the low-longitudinal-strength-ratio wood pulp composite material forming process comprises the following steps: A, preparing a wood pulp fiber layer: (1) cooking and grinding wood pulp fibers; (2) grinding into thick liquid; (3) forming a wood pulp fiber layer by adopting a spunlace forming process; b, preparing a middle reinforcing layer; c, laying one middle reinforcing layer on one wood pulp fiber layer by the carding machine, and then laying one wood pulp fiber layer on the middle reinforcing layer; d, reinforcing by a spunlace process; e, vacuum drying; and F, heating and bonding. Through the mode, in the production process, less toxic and harmful auxiliary agents are used, so that the environment-friendly performance of the product in the production process is favorably improved; the prepared wood pulp composite
