  • Description: [...]this novel study aims to evaluate inter-and intra-rater reliability of the VALD ForceFrame and DynaMo in assessing the strength of ankle inversion and eversion, flexion of 1st metatarsophalangeal joint (1MTPJ) and 5th metatarsophalangeal joint (5MTPJ). Intraclass correlation coefficients were calculated with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) and standard error of measurement. Discussion: Based on the ICC values and 95% confidence intervals for all strength measures, the DynaMo demonstrated moderate to good intra-rater reliability with excellent inter-rater reliability and the ForceFrame revealed good intra-rater reliability with excellent inter-rater reliability.
