Description:
Provided is a clutch controlling apparatus, capable of distinguishing increase of a rotation speed of an engine caused by acceleration or skid of a clutch, and detecting an idle state of the engine in shift. An input/output ratio (R) is calculated as a ratio between a rotation speed of the engine detected based on a rotation speed of a main driven gear (58a) and a rotation speed of a countershaft (29) of a transmission (23). If the input/output ratio (R) exceeds an idle determination ratio (Rh) in a direction of a rise of the rotation of the engine during shift change, it is jedged that the engine is idle due to skip of the clutch, and a target control amount of the clutch is corrected in a clutch engagement direction. The target control amount of the clutch is determined by a change amount of the input/output ratio (R) during shift change. If a period after the shift change is started exceeds a predetermined maximum time (Tmax) for the shift change, the target control amount is increased in the clutch engage
