Data are from American Forest and Paper Assn, American Pulpwood Assn, and Census Bureau and other Federal agencies. Month of data coverage is 1-2 months prior to cover date. Issues contain narrative summary; illustrative charts; the monthly and other recurring tables listed below; and special articles, some with additional statistics. Monthly tables appear in all issues. Irregularly recurring tables appear as explained below. All additional features with substantial statistics on topics not covered in monthly and irregularly recurring tables are described, as they appear, under "Statistical Features." Please note that, prior to the Oct. 1992 issue, this report was covered in SRI under A2500-2. American Forest and Paper Assn was formed in Jan. 1993 from a merger of American Paper Institute (whose publications were covered in SRI under A2500), National Forest Products Assn (whose publications were covered under A7870), and National Forest Council.
