Description: The invention discloses a concentration adjusting method based on a medium-and-high-consistency pulping and papermaking technology, belonging to the technical field of papermaking processes. The concentration adjusting method overcomes the technical problem of nonuniform mixing of paper pulp and water at present. The concentration adjusting method comprises the following steps: determining the total water supply amount required by dilution according to the amount of paper pulp in a stirring tank, and setting a water supply rate; starting the stirring tank, stirring the paper pulp in the stirring tank, and starting to supply water at the same time; and determining a current water supply rate according to current water consumption.
