  • Description: Method for continuous production of bulk material based on wood pulp, especially for packaging, and recycled short-fibre product thus obtained, of the type involving the loading of paper being recycled upstream, which is first pulped and then thickened by means of an appropriate worm, producing a particular consistency in the subsequent passages, and then collected in a forming box, such that the forms interacting with vacuum picking means are continuously submerged and translated with a portion of the paste thus picked up into the vicinity of a drying oven, then being expelled and introduced, already formed, through said oven for a backing cycle of the progressive heating type. Procedimento per la realizzazione in continuo di materiale sfuso a base di pasta di cellulosa particolarmente per l'imballaggio, e prodotto riciclato a fibra corta così ottenuto, del tipo comprendente il caricamento a monte della carta da riciclare, la quale viene dapprima spappolata e successivamente addensata per mezzo di conveniente coclea, attribuendo nei passaggi che seguono una consistenza determinata, per essere di conseguenza raccolta in una cassa di creazione, affinché delle forme, interagenti con mezzi di prelievo per aspirazione, siano immerse in continuo e traslate con parte della pasta così prelevata in prossimità di un forno di essiccamento, quindi essere espulsa ed introdotte già formata attraverso il detto forno per un ciclo di cottura del tipo e riscaldamento progressivo.
