  • Description: The purpose of this work is to present some of the contributions of the Clinic of Activity developed by Yves Clot and his research approach through filming, the Autoconfrontation, highlighting its potential for teacher education, taking into consideration that the research of teaching activity is developed in classrooms. This procedure allows teachers to analyze their work, evaluating their results, in order to reveal the elements that are present in the “real activity”. For Clot, “real activity” is not the only element that is at stake when the worker performs an activity. The “real of activity” is part too, broadening the concept of activity, involving all planned actions that could not be performed. This concept can be a powerful tool in the process of teacher
