Description:
The invention discloses a production method of nano-copper anti-corrosion wood pulp sponge, which comprises the following steps: by taking wood pulp as a main raw material, alkalizing, yellowing, ripening, mixing, foaming and forming, and washing, thereby obtaining the nano-copper anti-corrosion wood pulp sponge. Wherein nano-copper accounting for 3-5wt% of alpha-cellulose in the viscose is added in the ripening process. The nano copper wood pulp cellulose sponge produced by the invention has good physical and mechanical properties and antibacterial properties, and is easy to reuse; in the production process, the ripening time can be effectively shortened, the ripening temperature is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. 本发明公开一种纳米铜防腐木浆海绵的生产方法,该方法以木浆粕作为主要原料,经过碱化、黄化、熟成、混料、发泡成型和水洗工序制备得到。其中,在熟成工序中加入占粘胶中甲种纤维素含量3-5wt%的纳米铜。本发明生产的纳米铜木浆纤维素海绵具有良好物理机械性能和抗菌性能,易于反复使用;本发明在生产过程中还能有效缩短熟成时间,熟成温度降低,提高生产效率。
