Description:
Method for treating water using nanobubbles and biocide in the production of wood pulp, paper and cardboard, which allows effective control of the microbiological population with greater efficiency than treatments exclusively based on biocides, minimising the consumption of water and biocide, thereby reducing the environmental impact, applying natural elements at a reduced cost. The method combines the use of gaseous nanobubbles in an aqueous medium and conventionally used biocides and consists of the following steps for the treatment of fresh supply and catchment water: a first step in which water from a river, reservoir or well (1) passes through the nanobubble generator (2) into which an oxidising gas (3) is injected, said gas consisting of atmospheric air containing oxygen, pure oxygen or high-purity ozone; a second step in which biocide (4) is added to the mixture with nanobubbles; and a third step in which the water passes to the production process (5). Procedimiento de tratamiento de aguas mediante nanoburbujas y biocida en la producción de pasta de madera, papel y cartón que permite el control efectivo de la población microbiológica con mayor eficiencia que los exclusivamente basados en biocidas, minimizando su consumo de agua y de biocida reduciendo el impacto ambiental aplicando elementos naturales y a un coste reducido. El procedimiento realiza un uso combinado de nanoburbujas gaseosas en medio acuoso y biocidas de uso convencional y consiste en los siguientes pasos para el tratamiento de agua fresca de aporte y captación: 1º paso del agua proveniente de rio, embalse o pozo (1) por el generador de nanoburbujas (2) en el que es inyectado un gas (3) oxidante, consistente en aire atmosférico que contiene oxígeno, oxígeno puro u ozono de alta pureza, 2º incorporación de biocida (4) a la mezcla con nanoburbujas, y 3º paso del agua al proceso productivo (5). La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'eaux au moyen de nanobulles et de biocide dans la production de pâte de bois, de papier et de carton qui permet de contrôler de manière efficace la population microbiologique avec une plus grande efficacité que ceux basés exclusivement sur des biocides, réduisant au maximum la consommation d'eau et de biocide, ce qui a pour effet de réduire l'impact environnemental à l'aide d'éléments naturels et à un coût réduit. Le procédé assure une utilisation combinée de nanobulles gazeuses en milieu aqueux et de biocides utilisés classiquement et comprend les étapes suivantes pour le traitement d'eau fraîche d'alimentation et de captage: 1ère étape, l'eau d'une rivière, d'un réservoir ou d'un puits (1) traverse le générateur de nanobulles (2) dans lequel est injecté un gaz (3) oxydant, constitué d'air atmosphérique qui contient de l'oxygène, de l'oxygène pur ou de l'ozone de haute pureté, 2ème étape, du biocide (4) est incorporé dans le mélange avec des nanobulles, et 3ème étape, l'eau parvient au processus de production (5).
